John Cala is a Colombian DJ and producer based in Barcelona, blending Latin American rhythms with global vocal textures and modern electronic sound design. His music is raw and built to light up dance floors with emotion, precision and power.

His work has earned support from Argy, Adriatique, Solomun, CamelPhat, Blond:ish, Pete Tong, Carlita, Pablo Fierro and many others. His tracks have been played across major stages including Tomorrowland, Afterlife, Zamna, Burning Man and Ultra, with features on BBC Radio, DJ Mag, EDM.com and 1001Tracklists.

Recently, Cala released an EP on Adriatique’s label, marking his fourth collaboration with Siamese and strengthening his place among a new wave of forward-thinking artists. He has also collaborated with Space Motion (Lerato EP) and Afshin Momadi (Sayam), continuing to push his sound into new territory. Cala isn’t following trends. He’s setting his own pace, and it’s moving fast.
